Effective: September 18, 2026
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before utilizing the website or scheduling treatments with Dr. Zartash Skin Advisory. By accessing our website, reserving appointments, or undergoing clinical consultations and procedures at our practice located at Ali Medical Centre, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
1. Medical Advice & Clinical Disclaimer
The contents, service summaries, procedure details, and clinical descriptions published on this website are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute formal medical diagnosis, individualized clinical advice, or a physician-patient relationship until an in-person physical consultation is conducted by Dr. Zartash Arshad.
Essential Clinical Rule
Never disregard professional dermatological advice or delay seeking clinical examination due to information read on this website. Dermatological conditions vary fundamentally by individual biological factors and skin physiology.
2. Appointments, Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure dedicated clinical attention for all patients, our Islamabad practice enforces the following scheduling standards:
- Arrival Punctuality: Patients are kindly requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled consultation slot to complete medical intake forms and skin typing documentation.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify reception at least 24 hours in advance via telephone (0518090200) or official clinic WhatsApp (+92 332 6311166).
- Late Arrivals: If a patient arrives significantly past their appointment window, the clinical session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid compromising other scheduled patient appointments.
3. Treatment Outcomes & Biological Variability
All clinical procedures—including laser resurfacing, botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, PRP therapies, HIFU, and scar remodeling—depend on individual physiological response, metabolic turnover, age, cellular healing, and genetic predisposition.
- While Dr. Zartash Arshad brings over 27 years of clinical mastery and certified expertise, no exact guarantee of biological outcomes or uniform results can be provided for medical aesthetic treatments.
- Multiple sessions are often required for optimal efficacy in procedures such as Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, PRP, or Acne Scar Revision.
- Informed written procedural consent will be administered and reviewed prior to any clinical procedure.
4. Patient Responsibilities & Pre/Post-Care Compliance
Patient safety is our foremost priority. All patients agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical disclosures, including active prescriptions, systemic illnesses, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and history of keloid scar formation.
- Strictly adhere to pre-procedure preparation guidelines (such as avoiding direct sun exposure, discontinuing topical retinoids, or stopping certain blood-thinning supplements as advised by the doctor).
- Comply diligently with post-treatment dermatological recovery protocols, including sun protection (broad-spectrum SPF), prescribed barrier creams, and avoiding premature picking or exfoliation.
5. Pricing, Fees & Payment Terms
Consultation fees and procedure costs are determined based on treatment complexity, premium clinical materials utilized (such as authentic FDA-approved neuromodulators and hyaluronic fillers), and physician expertise.
- Fees are communicated clearly to the patient following physical assessment and prior to initiating any procedure.
- Payments are due upon receipt of services via cash, recognized bank cards, or direct hospital cashier facilities at Ali Medical Centre.
- Medical and procedural fees are non-refundable once the clinical service or treatment has been rendered.
6. Intellectual Property & Clinic Branding
All branding elements, clinic logos, website layout, original copy, treatment explanations, and clinical media assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Zartash Skin Advisory. Unauthorized duplication, framing, reproduction, or commercial re-use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dr. Zartash Skin Advisory and its clinical staff shall not be liable for adverse dermatological outcomes resulting from a patient's failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, non-compliance with post-treatment instructions, or unauthorized use of outside topical agents during the recovery phase.
